Softball Recap: Pima Roughriders vs. Duncan Wildkats
After losing to Duncan the last time they met, Pima decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Roughriders came out on top against the Wildkats by a score of 10-7 on Saturday.

Pima got a big performance out of Josie McEuen, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. That's the most hits McEuen has posted since back in April of 2025. Bivianna Vega was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.
Pima was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .357 or higher every time they've taken the field this season.
Pima's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Duncan, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 3-1.
Pima didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, an 11-6 victory against Hayden on the 7th. As for Duncan, they will head out on the road to challenge Superior at 3:45 p.m. on Monday.
