Basketball Recap: Haddon Heights Comes Up Short

Haddon Heights and Middle Township squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Haddon Heights had to settle for second. They took a 69-55 bruising from the Middle Township Panthers.

It was another big night for Jamir McNeil, who went 8-for-13 on his way to 28 points in addition to eight rebounds and six assists for Middle Township. The match was McNeil's third in a row with at least 18 points. Another player making a difference was Chase Moore, who posted 11 points.

Haddon Heights' loss dropped their record down to 13-9. As for Middle Township, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Haddon Heights nor Middle Township have any future games scheduled.
