Basketball Recap: Stephenson Jaguars vs. Cedar Grove Saints
If Stephenson was riding high fresh off their 74-38 takedown of The Weber School last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Jaguars had to suffer through a 65-36 loss at the hands of the Cedar Grove Saints. The defeat continues a trend for the Jaguars in their meetings with the Saints: they've now lost three in a row.

Loss or not, Stephenson got some senior leadership from Antonio King and Onyx Stallings-Brown. King posted eight points and 13 rebounds, while Stallings-Brown shot 60% from the field on his way to 12 points. Those 60% field goal percentage set a new season-high mark for Stallings-Brown.
Emanuel Green produced another solid performance putting up 16 points for Cedar Grove. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaimarion Mathis, who earned 11 points.
Stephenson's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Cedar Grove, they now have a winning record of 7-6.
