Basketball Recap: Baldwin County Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Baldwin County lost against Spanish Fort back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Baldwin County Tigers took a 72-64 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spanish Fort Toros. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Tigers came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 104th, while the Toros are ranked 243rd).

Baldwin County's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-6. As for Spanish Fort, their victory bumped their record up to 5-18.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Baldwin County will face off against Gulf Shores at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Spanish Fort, they will square off against McGill-Toolen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
