Volleyball Recap: Prattville Christian Academy Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

There's no place like home for Prattville Christian Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Saint James Trojans on Tuesday. For the Panthers, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Trojans walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

While Prattville Christian Academy won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-23.

Prattville Christian Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Morgan Fowler led the charge by getting 12 digs and one assist. Fowler is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Prattville Christian Academy pushed their record up to 25-9 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home. As for Saint James, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-12.

Coincidentally, Prattville Christian Academy and Saint James will both be playing Brewbaker Tech the next time they take the court. The Panthers will host the Rams at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Trojans will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
