Volleyball Recap: Interlachen Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Interlachen was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Newberry Panthers, falling 3-0. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since September 25, 2018, but that streak is no more.

The final score came out to 25-21, 25-19, 25-10.

When it comes to explaining why Interlachen lost, don't look at Lidia Knapp. Despite the final result, she had seven digs and four aces.

Interlachen's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Newberry, their victory bumped their record up to 11-6.

Interlachen didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Bradford on the 25th. As for Newberry, their road trip will continue as they head out to face Clay at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
