Duxbury strolled into their game on Friday with an undefeated record and they left with the same. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Silver Lake Regional Lakers a 10-0 shutout. For the Dragons, this counts as revenge for the 4-3 win the Lakers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Duxbury's victory bumped their record up to 3-0-1. As for Silver Lake Regional, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Duxbury will take on North Quincy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Silver Lake Regional, they will head out to face off against Hanover at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Lakers are facing the Hawks at the right time seeing as the Hawks are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
