Columbia City hadn't done well against Norwell recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Columbia City Eagles walked away with a 43-36 win over the Norwell Knights. The Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Knights, too.

Columbia City has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season. As for Norwell, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 9-8.

Looking ahead, Columbia City will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against South Bend Riley at 7:30 p.m. South Bend Riley knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully Columbia City likes a good challenge. As for Norwell, they will face off against Heritage at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
