Lebanon got themselves on the board against Tazewell on Thursday, but Tazewell never followed suit. They came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 5-0. The victory continues a trend for the Pioneers in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won nine in a row.

Lebanon pushed their record up to 16-3 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Tazewell, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season.
