While Macon County's win against Livingston Academy wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Tigers narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Wildcats 28-26. The win continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won six in a row.

Macon County's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Livingston Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record this season.
