The Butler Bulldogs will face off against the Parkwood Wolf Pack at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Butler is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.4 runs per game this season.

On Tuesday, Butler didn't have quite enough to beat Providence and fell 5-4.

Cherie Carter was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring two runs while going 3-for-4. She has been hot recently, having posted three or more hits the last three times she's played.

Meanwhile, after only one run in their last matchup, Parkwood made sure to put some runs up on the board against Anson on Tuesday. The Wolf Pack put the hurt on the Bearcats with a sharp 14-3 win. The Wolf Pack haven't had any issues with the Bearcats recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Grayce Marvel was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3. Brinley Parker was another key player, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 1-for-2.

Parkwood's win bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Butler, their loss dropped their record down to 5-9.
