Basketball Game Preview: Woodland Wildcats vs. Southeast Whitfield County Raiders

The Woodland Wildcats will challenge the Southeast Whitfield County Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Woodland has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last five games.

It was a proper cat-fight when Woodland took on Unity Christian on Monday. Woodland lost 50-29 to Unity Christian.

Meanwhile, Southeast Whitfield County was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Saturday as they fell 45-39 to North Murray. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Southeast Whitfield County's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Woodland, they dropped their record down to 1-16 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Woodland was able to grind out a solid win over Southeast Whitfield County when the teams last played back in December of 2023, winning 39-31. Does Woodland have another victory up their sleeve, or will Southeast Whitfield County turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
