Softball Recap: Western Yell County Takes a Loss

Western Yell County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 17-4 to the County Line Indians. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Wolverines have suffered since March 7th.

Western Yell County's loss dropped their record down to 2-7-1. As for County Line, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Western Yell County is set to face off against their familiar foe Scranton at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, County Line will challenge rival Magazine at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
