Soccer Recap: Fitzgerald Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Fitzgerald came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 5-1 to the Jeff Davis Yellowjackets. The matchup was a close 2-1 at the break, but unfortunately for Fitzgerald it sure didn't stay that way.

Their goal came courtesy of Nathan Cox, who's now up to three this season.

Fitzgerald's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Jeff Davis, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Coming up, Fitzgerald is taking a road trip to face off against Crisp County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jeff Davis, they will square off against Sumter County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
