There's no place like home for Otis, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Briggsdale Falcons on Friday. The Bulldogs were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Falcons, so the Bulldogs were just returning the favor.

One reason for the win was Otis' just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 26-24, 25-13.

Aedyn Tribelhorn paced Otis' offense, picking up 20 kills. Tribelhorn got some help from Crysten Goble and her 33 assists. Tribelhorn was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Otis moved to 11-5 with that win, which also ended their three-match losing streak. As for Briggsdale, they dropped their record down to 2-11 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Otis will head out to take on Prairie at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Briggsdale, they will venture away from home to square off against Peetz at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
