Baseball Game Preview: University Titans vs. Seminole Seminoles

The University Titans will head out on the road to challenge the Seminole Seminoles at 10:00 a.m. on Monday. Seminole took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on University, who comes in off a win.

While University's victory against Atlantic wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. University had just enough and edged out Atlantic 5-4. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Titans as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Seminole was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They lost 13-3 to Lake Brantley. That's two games in a row now that the Seminoles have lost by exactly ten runs.

Jadenlee Echavarria made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one double. Those two hits gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jaime Collazo Pagan, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-2.

Seminole's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for University, the victory got them back to even at 5-5-2.
