Lake Ridge won the last time they faced Arlington and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Eagles blew past the Colts 3-0. The Eagles not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since August 12th (when they won 3-0).

Lake Ridge was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-19, 25-19.

Dawn Moore paced Lake Ridge's offense, picking up 13 kills. Moore got some help from Zoe Patteson and her 17 assists. Patteson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Lake Ridge's victory bumped their record up to 14-7. As for Arlington, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-16.

Looking ahead, Lake Ridge will challenge Burleson at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Arlington, they will take on Mansfield Timberview at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
