Volleyball Recap: St. Vincent's Victorious + How To Watch

St. Vincent extended their postseason success on Saturday against North Cobb Christian. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Eagles. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Saints.

St. Vincent's was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-15, 25-27, 26-24.

Briana Tuten paced St. Vincent's offense, picking up 14 kills. Tuten got some help from Ella Woelber and her 27 assists. Woelber was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Despite the loss, North Cobb Christian saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Ryan Chesser had 19 digs and two assists. Chesser has been hot recently, having posted 11 or more digs the last three times she's played.

St. Vincent's victory bumped their record up to 34-11. As for North Cobb Christian, they moved to 22-16 with that defeat, which also ended their five-match winning streak.

St. Vincent's didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Lovett on the 22nd. North Cobb Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
