Academy of Science and Innovation won the last time they faced Goodwin Tech and things went their way on Monday too. The Ravens blew past the Gladiators 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Ravens have posted against the Gladiators since September 7, 2018.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Academy of Science and Innovation was: they took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-15, 25-13.

Sezja Jacobs paced Academy of Science and Innovation's offense, picking up eight kills. Jacobs got some help from Alisa Kandic and her 19 assists. Kandic also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Angela Krantz, racking up four apiece.

The win made it two in a row for Academy of Science and Innovation and bumps their season record up to 2-1. As for Goodwin Tech, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Academy of Science and Innovation will head out to face off against Prince RVT at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Goodwin Tech, they will venture away from home to challenge Kaynor RVT at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
