Apostles Lutheran came tearing into Thursday's contest with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Mid-Peninsula Dragons.

Apostles Lutheran pushed their record up to 6-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. As for Mid-Peninsula, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Apostles Lutheran has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Varsity Opponent on the 8th. As for Mid-Peninsula, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on The Kehillah School at 3:45 p.m. on May 1.
