Softball Recap: Rogers Beats Hanford for Their Third Straight Win

It's playoff time, and Rogers had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Hanford Falcons by a score of 4-0 on Friday. The victory was familiar territory for the Rams, who have now won three games in a row.

The result came thanks to Sierra Murray's shutout, as she gave up just two hits and racked up ten Ks. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 22 consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Rogers saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Madelyn Stanaway, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with one run.

Rogers' win bumped their record up to 23-4. As for Hanford, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 22-6.
