Softball Recap: Sun Prairie West Takes a Loss

Sun Prairie West was the 21-1 winner over Madison West when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Wolves fell just short of the Regents by a score of 4-3 on Tuesday. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sun Prairie West saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Audrey Davis, who went 2-for-4 with one RBI.

Sun Prairie West now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Madison West, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Sun Prairie West is set to challenge their familiar foe Middleton at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Madison West will take on rival Janesville Parker at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
