Andrew Jackson was the 20-14 winner over North Central when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Volunteers fell 17-7 to the Knights on Friday. The Volunteers' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Logan Neal threw for 140 yards and one TD. Zeke Clyburn was his top target, picking up 51 receiving yards. On the ground, Braylon Harley rushed for 46 yards.

Andrew Jackson's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 5-4. As for North Central, they pushed their record up to 7-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.
