Baseball Recap: Argos Comes Up Short

Argos was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 27th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the North Judson-San Pierre Bluejays, falling 17-1.

Argos saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Joel Trump, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run.

Argos' record is now 0-10. As for North Judson-San Pierre, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-7.

While Argos had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
