Softball Recap: Royal Palm Beach Takes a Loss

Royal Palm Beach was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 6-5 heartbreaker at the hands of the Glades Day Gators. One positive for the Wildcats, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Royal Palm Beach's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Glades Day, their win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-0.

Coincidentally, Royal Palm Beach and Glades Day will both be playing American Heritage the next time they take the field. Glades Day will head out to face American Heritage at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Royal Palm Beach will host them at 6:00 p.m. on March 4th.
