Volleyball Recap: Clark Comes Up Short

Clark was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Steinmetz College Prep Silver Streaks. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Clark's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Steinmetz College Prep, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-4 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Clark will take on Westinghouse at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Steinmetz College Prep, they will face off against Chicago Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
