Volleyball Recap: River Islands Find Success

River Islands posted their closest victory since October 3, 2024 on Saturday. They skirted past the Beyer Patriots 2-1. This was payback for the Riptide, who suffered a 2-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

The win got River Islands back to even at 1-1. As for Beyer, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

River Islands has already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Delhi on the 23rd. As for Beyer, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Sonora on the 26th.
