Weatherford had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Mount St. Mary Rockets on Wednesday as the Weatherford Eagles made off with a 73-49 victory. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 22 matches by 20 points or more this season.

The win was the 19th in a row for Weatherford, bringing their record for this year to 29-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 34.8 points. As for Mount St. Mary, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-10 record this season.

Weatherford will face off against North Rock Creek on Friday. One thing working in North Rock Creek's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven games. Mount St. Mary does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
