Football Game Preview: East Valley Red Devils vs. Tumwater Thunderbirds + How To Watch

The East Valley Red Devils will take on the Tumwater Thunderbirds at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as East Valley comes in on 12 and Tumwater on ten.

East Valley is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Lynden, sneaking past 27-24.

Cody Gasseling had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 132 yards and two TDs while picking up 7.3 yards per carry, and also picking up 31 receiving yards and one score. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in each of the last three games he's played. Jaxon Berg was another key player, throwing for 105 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Meanwhile, Tumwater made easy work of Franklin Pierce on Saturday and carried off a 27-6 win. The Thunderbirds might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by 20 points or more this season.

East Valley's victory bumped their record up to 12-0. As for Tumwater, their win bumped their record up to 10-1.
