James F. Byrnes' defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Boiling Springs, the win snapped their losing streak at six games and leaves them with a 4-7 record.

While James F. Byrnes had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
