Eastgate Life Academy entered their tilt with North Georgia Christian Academy on Thursday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They strolled past the Knights with points to spare, taking the game 43-28. While Eastgate Life Academy didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-16), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Eastgate Life Academy can attribute much of their success to Elijah Miller, who dropped a double-double with ten points and 13 rebounds. Trey Harbins was another key player, putting up seven points.

Eastgate Life Academy's victory bumped their record up to 7-2.

Eastgate Life Academy and North Georgia Christian Academy will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time Eastgate Life Academy sees the court they'll take on Philadelphia Christian School at 6:00 p.m. on December 2. As for North Georgia Christian Academy, their break will end when they face Friendship Christian at 5:00 p.m. on December 9.
