Volleyball Recap: Arcadia Find Success

Arcadia's tournament run continued when they took on Don Lugo on Saturday. The Apaches walked away with a 2-0 win over the Conquistadores. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Apaches.

Among those leading the charge was Angelina Zhou, who had eight digs and three aces. That's the most digs she has posted over her last six matches. Maegan Cericos also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assists of the season.

They weren't the only good server: Arcadia was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. They are a perfect 4-0 when they serve at least ten aces.

Arcadia's record is now 6-3. As for Don Lugo, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Arcadia wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Ayala on the 6th. As for Don Lugo, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Diamond Ranch on the 6th.
