Soccer Recap: Pavilion Takes a Loss

Pavilion was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Keshequa Indians. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Pavilion couldn't quite close it out.

Pavilion's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12-1. As for Keshequa, their win ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 9-6.

Pavilion didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 4-1 loss against Dansville on the 16th. As for Keshequa, they will face off against Wellsville at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Keshequa will be up against Wellsville's rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.13 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
