Archbishop Moeller is a perfect 10-0 against La Salle since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Fighting Crusaders will host the Lancers at 7:00 p.m. La Salle took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Archbishop Moeller, who comes in off a win.

Archbishop Moeller is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Ohio's top teams: St. Ignatius, who was ranked third at the time (Archbishop Moeller was ranked seventh). The Fighting Crusaders skirted past the Wildcats 3-2.

Meanwhile, La Salle was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against Roger Bacon, falling 3-0.

While La Salle ultimately came up short, they really made Roger Bacon work, particularly in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 26-24, 25-20.

La Salle's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Archbishop Moeller, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Archbishop Moeller beat La Salle 3-1 when the teams last played back in March. Will the Fighting Crusaders repeat their success, or do the Lancers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
