Soccer Recap: Somerset Academy Victorious + How To Watch

Somerset Academy took a three-goal defeat the last time they faced off against Columbus, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Panthers came out on top in a nail-biter against the Explorers on Thursday, sneaking past 2-1.

Santiago Lopez and Mateo Gallego scored both of Somerset Academy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to three goals.

Somerset Academy's win bumped their record up to 2-3-2. As for Columbus, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2-1.

Somerset Academy and Columbus will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Panthers see the pitch they'll take on Cooper City at 3:30 p.m. on December 1. As for Columbus, their break will end when they face Archbishop Carroll at 7:00 p.m. on December 2.
