Volleyball Recap: Udall Falls Short of Conway Springs in the Playoffs

Udall and Conway Springs squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Udall had to settle for second. They fell 2-0 to the Cardinals. The Eagles just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-14.

Liberty Mason paced Udall's offense, picking up four kills. Mason got some help from Brilee Pellegrini and her seven assists.

Udall's loss dropped their record down to 8-24. As for Conway Springs, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-12 record this season.

Udall wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Cedar Vale/Dexter on the 20th. As for Conway Springs, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Uniontown on the 20th.
