Baseball Recap: Glacier Peak Comes Up Short

Glacier Peak suffered their closest defeat since May 4, 2024 on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Kamiak Knights by a score of 5-3. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-2 last Monday.

This is the second loss in a row for Glacier Peak and nudges their season record down to 4-10. As for Kamiak, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-4.

Coming up, Glacier Peak will welcome Jackson at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Timberwolves' pitching crew has only allowed two runs per game this season, so the Grizzlies' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Kamiak, they will head out to square off against Ingraham at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
