Basketball Recap: Liberty North Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Liberty North, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They snuck past the Blue Springs Wildcats with a 57-52 victory on Tuesday. The win was some much needed relief for the Eagles as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Liberty North now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Blue Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 6-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Liberty North will square off against Raymore-Peculiar at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Liberty North is facing Raymore-Peculiar at the right time seeing as Raymore-Peculiar is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Blue Springs, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Blue Springs Wildcats face off against the Blue Springs South Jaguars at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
