Carlson proved they can win big on Monday (they won by three) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Trenton Trojans. The victory was nothing new for Carlson as they're now sitting on five straight.

Carlson's win bumped their record up to 7-2-1. As for Trenton, their loss dropped their record down to 7-3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Carlson will face off against Ida at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Trenton, they will venture away from home to face off against Edsel Ford at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
