Volleyball Recap: Indian Springs Takes a Loss

Indian Springs lost against Aquinas last Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The COYOTES came up short against the Falcons, falling 3-0. The COYOTES have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-19, 25-18.

Ralph Banuelos paced Indian Springs' offense, picking up nine kills. Banuelos got some help from Samuel Becerra and his 13 assists. Finally, Banuelos was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

Indian Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Aquinas, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-7.

Indian Springs wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Arroyo Valley on the 31st. As for Aquinas, they have also already played their next game, a 1-0 victory against Yucaipa on the 29th.
