Kaden Mullins was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out ten batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit (and only one walk). Mullins has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive pitching appearances. Mullins was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with three RBI and a double.
In other batting news, Kyle Gregory was incredible, scoring four runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Colby Ferdinand, who scored two runs while going 2-for-4.

In other batting news, Dresden Wood and Luke Steinmeyer did most of the damage at the plate: Wood went 2-for-3 with a stolen base and an RBI, while Steinmeyer scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4.
Nampa Christian pushed their record up to 21-1 with that victory, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Marsing, their record is now 13-10.
