Hinsdale South and Willowbrook are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2016, but likely not for long. The Hornets will square off against the Warriors at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hinsdale South's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-3. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three matches. As for Willowbrook, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-10-1.

Everything went Hinsdale South's way against Willowbrook when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Hinsdale South made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Hornets since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
