Football Recap: Pueblo Central Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Friday just wasn't the day for Pueblo Central's offense. They came up short against the Moorpark Musketeers on Friday, falling 24-0. If the Wildcats were looking for revenge after losing 27-3 to the Musketeers when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Zion Aguilar threw for 30 yards on five of nine attempts. On the ground, Dayton Blok rushed for 108 yards.

Logan Moon was nothing short of spectacular for Moorpark: he rushed for 125 yards and two scores on only seven carries.

Pueblo Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Moorpark, they pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Pueblo Central has already played their next game, a 50-15 victory against Pueblo Centennial on the 26th. As for Moorpark, after each having a week off, they and Oak Park will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on the 3rd. The Musketeers will be up against the Eagles' rather soft defense (which has allowed 37.6 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
