Volleyball Recap: Gilpin County Eagles vs. Hoehne Farmers
Gilpin County and Hoehne squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Gilpin County had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Hoehne Farmers by a score of 3-2. While the Eagles didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Farmers 25-12 in the first set.

Hoehne's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Isabella Chacon, who had 22 digs.
