Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Coastal Christian walked away with it. Everything went their way against the Thales Academy Rolesville Knights on Thursday as they made off with a 4-0 win. The result was nothing new for Coastal Christian, who have now won 12 matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Coastal Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those seven matches. As for Thales Academy Rolesville, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-5.
