Volleyball Recap: Jamestown Comes Up Short

If Jamestown was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Bismarck last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bluejays took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Century Patriots on Thursday. The loss continues a trend for the Bluejays in their meetings with the Patriots: they've now lost three in a row.

Jamestown's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Century, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Jamestown will take on rival Mandan at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Century is set to face off against their familiar foe Minot at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
