Ursuline waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with ten straight wins... but they left with 11. Everything went their way against the Cardinal Mooney Cardinals as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

While Ursuline won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-13, 25-22.

Despite the loss, Cardinal Mooney still got an impressive performance from Sophia Rotunno, who had 22 digs. Rotunno is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last 17 games she's played.

Ursuline's win bumped their record up to 15-5. As for Cardinal Mooney, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-15 record this season.

Ursuline will head out to square off against Alliance at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Cardinal Mooney, they are taking a road trip to take on Boardman at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
