Baseball Recap: Seneca Comes Up Short

Seneca was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 9-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Waggener Wildcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Red Hawks of the 20-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Seneca's record is now 2-14. As for Waggener, their record now sits at 2-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Seneca will face off against Western at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Waggener, they will challenge Shawnee at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
