Baseball Recap: Lone Star Triumphs

While Lone Star's victory against Lebanon Trail wasn't quite the blowout they won the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Lone Star Rangers narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Lebanon Trail Trail Blazers 6-4. The Rangers haven't had any issues with the Trail Blazers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Luke Day looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only a hit over four innings pitched.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on James Dagenhart, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. What's more, he posted two hits, the most he's had since back in April of 2024.

Lone Star's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Lebanon Trail, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
