After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Milton, Wachusett Regional was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Westborough Rangers, posting a 31-0 win. The contest marked the Mountaineers' most dominant victory of the season.

Wachusett Regional's win was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 11.4 points on average over those games. As for Westborough, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.
